Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk sausage
1/2 C. chopped onion
1 can (15 oz.) kidney beans
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 C. fresh chopped parsley
1/4 C. fresh chopped basil
2 garlic cloves minced
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
Brown sausage, onion, and garlic, in skillet; drain excess fat. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. You can eat it plain or mix it with your favorite pasta or rice.
